Search for the PO Line in Alma

Step 2

Save query to generate a set

Step 3

Access Admin >> Run a job

Step 4

Select "Update PO Lines Information - Advanced" and click Next

Step 5

Select the previously created set and click Next

Step 6

Select "PO Line Type", look-up/ select the correct type and click Next

Step 7

Run the job

Please note that this amendment will not be available for Closed or Cancelled PO Lines.
