DRM Free: Digital Rights Management Free. Refers to a method of digital resources and content distribution that have unlimited concurrent access, copy, print and download rights.

STL: Short Term Loan. These titles have a limited loan period, agreed at the time of purchase.

ATO: Access-To-Own. ATO applies library spending for loans towards title ownership, striking a balance between access and ownership.

Concurrent Access: refers to the ability to limit the number of simultaneous users who can access a digital resource.

NL: Non-Linear Lending. The titles can be lent to any number of users at the same time. The number of days used for each loan is subtracted from the total number of annual loan day set for the title.

1U: Single User. An access model that restricts the access to the resource to only one user.

3U: Three User: An access model that restricts the access to three users at a time.

UA: Unlimited Access. Unlimited model that allows titles to be available with no limit access.
