What happens when a PO Line generates the status "Failed to send order?"
Answer
Failed orders can occur when the Submit Order API is interrupted, preventing the PO Line information from sending to our fulfillment center. Rialto Support conducts a daily monitoring job to scan for these failed instances and we will manually push the order through once it is identified. There are no actions that need to be taken.
