    Question

What are the privileges of the Rialto Super Selector role?

    Answer

The Super Selector role is a role best paired with Base Selector or Purchaser role, as it cannot manage purchase requests or view acquisitions data.

While adjoined to a base role, the Super Selector role grants the following user privileges:

    • Request order approval

    • Add to DDA pool

    • Pin EBA titles

    • Manage recommendation profiles

    • Manage ranking profiles

Other roles that behave similarly are Rialto Manager and Rialto Administrator.

The above roles are used as add-ons to limit user access to certain areas (for example acquisitions), should the Library choose to.
