    Question

When is an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Invoice for a Rialto order transferred to the FTP location?

    Answer

Once invoices are ready, PDF invoices are emailed to the customer. By default, the final MARC and EDI Invoices for eBooks are transferred immediately to the FTP site. For print materials, transfers are scheduled daily, so there can be a slight delay between the receipt of the PDF invoice and the EDI invoice.

Other transfer schedules available to customers include daily, weekly or monthly. The transfer schedule depends on the billing arrangements with Customer Service. If you would like to know more about your billing schedules please contact your Account Manager.
