Rialto Service Page
The Rialto service Page enables users to access important links to forms and tools, enabling them to initiate requests independently, thereby streamlining the inquiry process and eliminating the need to contact Ex libris Support.
The Service Page displays unique links to various forms that trigger requests to different recipient groups and each link includes a brief description of the service and the associated form.
Links and Forms included:
- Request Customized List
- Form to Request DDA/Selection Plan/EBA Activation
- Link to Idea Exchange
- Form to Request New Platform Activation
- Link to Open a Support Ticket
- Request a Specific Report from the Title Matching Fast Service
Accessing and Using the Service Page
- Access the Service Page (Market > Market > Requests & Services).
- Select a form or service by selecting its link.
Service Page Links
Administrator Configuration Parameter
- Access the Rialto Customer Parameter page (Configuration Menu > Market > Other Settings).
- Locate the parameter rialto_service_page_admin_only_access.
- When set to true, the Service Page is only visible to administrators.
- When set to false, the Service Page is visible to all users.
