    1. Using the Requests and Services Page
    2. Controlling Access to the Requests and Services Page

The Requests and Services page provides users with convenient access to certain forms and tools, enabling them to initiate requests independently, thereby streamlining the inquiry process and eliminating the need to contact Ex Libris Support. Each option in the page includes a brief description of the service or form associated with it. The links are tailored to the user, ensuring the requests are sent to the appropriate recipients and the user is identified.

The following options are available in the page:

    • Form to request DDA. Selection Plan, or EBA activation
    • Link to Idea Exchange
    • Form to request activation of a new platform
    • Link to open a support ticket
    • Form to request a specific report from the Title Matching Fast service

Access to the Requests and Services page is controlled by a Customer Parameter.

Using the Requests and Services Page

In the Requests and Services page (Collection Development > Market > Requests & Services), access a form or service by selecting its link.
