    Problem Symptoms:
    Error while adding / updating Representation, with following UI Message :

    The system encountered an error while adding/updating representation. Note that the data has not been processed. Still locked by: USER XXXXX.
    The process failed during files XXXX and is currently waiting for technical analysis

    Cause:
    File Added failed into TA

    Resolution:
    Go to :
    Data Management > Manage Technical Issues to find the relevant IE

    Solve the issue there

    Additional Information

    In the UI it says : The process failed during files XXXX and is currently waiting for technical analysis XXXX is the stage of the Technical Analysis that it failed in (Validation / Loading,...)
