Desired Outcome Goal:
Make SIPs bypass the Assessment stage and go straight into the Permanent repository

Procedure:
1. Go to Submissions > Advanced Tools > SIP Processing Configuration > SIP Processing Configuration
2. In the "Approval Stage - Manual Approval/Assessment Stage" section change the "Approval" from Assessor and Arranger to Approver.
3. Save the setting and process a SIP; unless there are technical issues, it should go directly into the permanent repository.
