    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How to update the local IP in Rosetta

    Procedure:
    1. Verify that etc/hosts file in the server is configured correctly

    2. Verify that pds configuration is using hostname

    3. In the server, open in the global.properties file - please backup the file first
    >>dps_conf
    >>vi global.properties

    a. Update the server ip
    b. Verify that all configurations are using hostname rather than ip
    c. Apply changes by running dps_config.csh
    >>dps_bin
    >>sh -f dps_config.csh

    Additional Information

    Rosetta do support IP changes, however it is very complicated to change hostname and needs to be done by installation team.
