Description of symptoms:

* Rosetta IE viewer and mets viewer failing with attached screen shot error : "Error in Delivery - Object cannot be viewed due to a general problem, please contact an Administrator"
* No error in log
* Some Representations are delivered fine (to test by changing IE delivery rules)

* Lock IE
* Edit StructMap
* Correct the StructMap :

StructMap structure must be like :
