Job runs History - bad display

Problem Symptoms:
On the job runs history for a scheduled job:

* All pages display the first page, only the numbering is changing.
* If you open a log on any page, it sends you back to the first page

This problem occurs in :

1. admin / history of scheduled run
2. management / submission job / history runs

Cause:
Bug - DPS-10673
