Is it possible to maintain the directory structure when exporting compressed files?

Answer

When exporting, Rosetta will only keep the original directory structure in following cases:
1. The file was uploaded using the UI submission with the web applet.
2. Deposit with mets file with original file path field populated.
3. ZIPPed file that keeps the original directory structure.
