Description:
Customers running Redhat 6 may encounter a problem upgrading to Rosetta 3.1.1 due to precheck of package libjpeg-6b-46.el6.x86_64, which in RH6 is obsoleted by libjpeg-turbo-1.2.1-1.el6.x86_64.

Resolution:
To resolve the issue:

1. Confirm libjpeg-turbo is installed.
2. Remove the line libjpeg.x86_64 from the following two files:
/exlibris/ftp_from_exlibris/deplist.Linux.x86_64.rh6
[SP installation directory]/3.11/build_dir_3.1.1.0/install_sp_dir/pre_checks/thirdparties_check/deplist.Linux.x86_64.rh6

SP installation directory can be determined by running util sp 1 3.
