    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Rosetta

    Problem Symptoms:
When going to Home > Advanced Configuration > Repository > Index Status, a server which role is defined as IDX, contains 1 or very low number of Index size (Files)

    Cause:
This may be caused by a wrong definition of the idx.server parameter in the global.properties file.

    Resolution:
The idx.server parameter should have its server name as its parameter.

For example, if there are 2 servers which are defined as indexers named: server1 & server2, the idx.server parameter on server1 should be idx.server=server1, and the idx.server parameter on server2 should be idx.server=server2
