Question
After creating a new institution called BBB, why can a user from BBB edit and delete material flows, metadata forms etc. of the institution AAA? We thought "institution specific" means a user of one specific institution can only work with material flows of his own institution?
Answer
To create an institution, you need to select which institution will be used to copy it into the new institution.
The copy process created a copy of all material flows of the original institution (AAA).
Since it is a copy of the material flow, any change of the new BBB material flows will not affect the original AAA material flow. If you don't need to use the current copied material flows, you can delete them.
