convert_temp file too large

Symptom

File conversion stopped working - /operational_shared/operational_delivery_shared/convert_temp too large

Error in server log:

2019-08-06 10:26:32,186 ERROR [com.exlibris.core.infra.svc.api.scriptRunner.ScriptPluginRunner] (GENERIC_REP_Q Queue Job Receiver 80) [] Execution of /operational_shared/plugins/bundled/bin/JPG-JPGMigrationTool-Vr-1.2/bin/run_jpg_deriv_copy.sh failed: mkdir: cannot create directory `/operational_shared/operational_delivery_shared/convert_temp/REP81350541': File too large 

Solution

/operational_shared/operational_delivery_shared/convert_temp/ contains too much folders (mostly empty). It needs to be cleaned up. To clean up empty folders:

1. cd /operational_shared/operational_delivery_shared/convert_temp/
2. rmdir *

The convert_temp directory is used in: Thumbnail creation, Derivative Rep Creation and Preservation Action.

Once the action is completed, we are left with just the empty folder.
