multiple tilde ( ~ ) and underscore in some NFS SF deposit directories

Problem Symptoms:
You see many directory that begins with tilde ( ~ ) or underscore and tilde(_~)
Cause:
This is the behavior of the submission job.
Directory with Tilde - means directory that was processed.
Directory with Tilde and underscore - means directory was processed and failed.
