COinS cannot handle the encoding of some special characters

Description:
An error message appears in the SFX Menu when special characters appear in a title and ‘COinS’ are enabled.
> ‘COinS’ is enabled by setting the 'include_coins' parameter to ‘Y’ in the 'ctx_object.config' file.
