Description:
A problem with the behavior of the ‘DirectLink’ has been found; when the DirectLink option is set to ‘on’ and the “Disable DirectLink when additional information available in” is checked for Note/Authentication, the SFX menu doesn’t appear although a Note/Authentication are insert.
The expected result is to receive an SFX menu when a Note/Authentication is written.

This issue was fixed and will be released as part of S.P 4.1.4.
