    Error "connect to localhost failed" when submitting document delivery form

    Problem Symptoms:
    *Following error appears when submitting the document delivery form:
    ERROR: connect to localhost failed (Connection refused) connect to localhost failed connect to localhost failed (Connection refused) no (more) retries!
    *docdel.cgi file is current with global code
    *Server Admin Utility Email diagnostic tool reports:
    "Probably there is no sendmail running in this server.
    Error reported: connect to localhost failed (Connection refused)
    connect to localhost failed
    connect to localhost failed (Connection refused) no (more) retries!"

    Cause:
    Sendmail not running on server

    Resolution:
    *Restart sendmail services on server
