    Description:
    Hello all,

In the May SFX revision, a new component called "RSI" replaces the JSI. The JSI was used in order to provide a answer whether FT is available. The RSI provides more accurate results, and contains some new additions. For more information, please refer to the release notes.

In order to switch your SFX to work with RSI, you need to do the following actions:

    1) Build the RSI:
Go to server_admin_util, choose option 15 "build RSI index", then option 1 "(Re)build the RSI index".
    This creates the initial RSI.

    2) Configure SFX to work with RSI instead of JSI:
Go to the config directory (you can use the shortcut "cn", and edit the file named "sfxctrl.config". Change the new parameter, “use_RSI”, to “Y”.

Again, more thorough details are to be found in the May 2009 revision release notes.

    Thanks,
    Eitan Ben-David,
    SFX Support team leader.
