IP restrictions for Stat Queries does not work in cron setting

Description:
A problem has been indicated in the ‘statistics’ option of the SFX Admin Center where a scheduled query (via cron) with IP restrictions does not work well; only the first IP is excluded.
When the same query is done manually, it works well.
