    Description:
When using the wizard to update the target precedence list from the file sort_services.config_, the following issues were found.
Most issues mentioned below occur intermittently on IE & on FF:

    1) Precedence list on IE 7.0 and FF 3.6.16 cannot be updated.

    2) The list cannot load more than 50 targets in IE. (Even if the wizard shows the message “Loaded Successfully”; the Target Precedence list appears blank. )
In FF it is possible after clearing the Target Precedence list (by loading an empty sort_services.config_).

    3) Save button redirects to the Login Screen – IE 7.0 and FF 3.6.16

    Resolution:
    Fixed in 4.2.1 [3/13/2012]
