    Question

    Can results in the SFX Multiple Object menu be restricted to items active in a local instance's KnowledgeBase?

    Answer

    In the legacy Multiple Object Menu, results returned are from the entire KB, including inactive items.

    In the new version of the Multiple Object Menu, a checkbox can be ticked to show only objects with active full-text services. Please note that if no objects with active services are returned in the search, all objects will be shown.
