    Description:
    A problem with the thresholds on Target level & object portfolio level was indicated in the KBManager.
    When an article is written over two issues (issue=16-17) the issue isn’t calculated correctly in the threshold and and therefore displayed in the SFX menu.
    Please see the attached file for an example.

    This issue was fixed and will be realest as part of S.P 4.1.4.

      • there isnt option in threshold composer to create parsedDate threshold with '=='
      • Threshold Tool removed huge number of empty local thresholds
