    What determines a "no source" designation in query 2 statistics results ?

    Answer

    * "no source" means that an OpenURL without a sid (source identifier) value was sent to SFX.
    * OpenURL could originate from a database that does not include source IDs
    * could be test OpenURL that contains metadata but no souce identifier.

    Additional Information

    Check if any in-house databases or OPACs do not include the source ID in the OpenURL
