How do we change our catalog or institutional-repository link?
If the URLs to your library catalog or institutional repositories have changed, we will be happy to adjust them for linking from results in Summon . At this time, the Summon Administration Console does not allow librarians to make these changes and must be made by technical support staff here at ProQuest.
Use the Support Portal option to send us a request to change your URLs as needed. In your request, please provide your current catalog or institutional repository URLs as well as the new URLs you would like to use. We will respond back to you as soon as these requests are completed.
The amount of time to complete requests is dependent on many factors such as the complexity of your institution’s configuration, the current queue for managing changes, the timing of the request, and the Summon indexing process.
