    Change UI labels for Verde user roles

    Description:
    The roles are found under "Privileges" in the code tables. It has been suggested to change the "Privileges" code tables topic label to "Users & Profiles" since this more accurately describes the labels that are found there. Another suggestion is to change the "Permissions" field label (under topic: Privileges) to "Privileges" to match the heading found elsewhere in the UI.
