DB is updated by standalone loader when 'Update database' flag is unchecked

When running the Standalone loader with 'Update database' flag unchecked, workexpressions are created anyway (only WE and not standalones).
Under these circumstances, there should be no update to the DB.
In case you used the loader and need to repair your DB, please contact Verde support.
