    E-constituent loader rejects constituents when using ISBN as match

    Description:
    When using the E-constituent loader, in the following conditions the constituents are rejected:
    - ISBN is used in the match field
    - The work expression already exists
    - The work expression is empty (without e-constituent/e-package)

    The loader should create new e-constituent for these work expressions and the error message should be changed.
