    E-product status change is not always enough to trigger an update to SFX

    Description:
    Deactivation in SFX doesn't occur when e-product is deactivated in the future. If you set the expiration date to the future, and set the e-product status to 'Withdrawn' deactivation, the e-product synchronization and update task does not update dirty bit of the e-product to '1'.
