    Impossible to use hyphen in organization code

    Description:
    Two problems related to organization code:

    1. When entering an Organization record manually and an organization code is hyphenated, the creation of the record is failed. However, when entering the organization record using loader, the hyphenated code is converted to code with underscore and the original code is entered to "external code" field. The same converting function should be available from UI.

    2. When entering an Organization record manually and an organization code contains hyphen, the following message is displayed: "Organization code is not valid, use only characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, '_', '*', '-'"
    The error massage isn't correct. The hyphen shouldn't be listed as a valid character for organization code.

    w/a: if possible, use underscore instead of hyphen. If not, loading the record with the loader solves the problem.
