    Description:
The brief summary display is handled differently between license and acquisition records:
    - Acquisition: The newest acquisition record's status is displayed even when an active Acquisition exists.
    - License: The active license record's status is displayed.

Acquisitions should be treated similarly to licenses – that is, the active acquisition record's status should be displayed in the brief summary.

In addition, there is a discrepancy between the e-product Summary tab display and the brief summary. Only new records are displayed in the Summary tab, while the brief summary displays the statuses of active license records.
