    Interface provider pick list requires interface provider org type

    Description:
    When the pick list of an Interface Provider for an Interface is opened, the list contains only organizations that have the role of interface provider. Additionally, the role filter of that list contains only the option 'All'.
    All the organization pick lists should include the full organization list, regardless of organization role, and the list should optionally be filtered by role.
