Java error upon trying to View Scheduled Tasks

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Verde
    • Product Version: 2

    Description:
When scheduling a task to run monthly, the day it should run in is a mandatory field. However, in some scenarios (example below), the day can be deleted and if this is done the result is Java errors when trying to see the Scheduled Reports/Tasks tool.

Scenario for example (Please don't try to reproduce in order to avoid the Java error):
1- Go to the Scheduled Reports/Tasks tool under KB Tools and choose a task that is scheduled to run Daily/Weekly. Open it for editing.
2- Under 'Recurrence pattern' mark Monthly and leave the Day empty. Click submit. The system should alert that "Day in month must be provided", however, this does not happen and instead you get Java Exseption.
In order to solve this, you must contact Verde Support so we can enter the Day of month manually to the DB
