    Libraries - Incorrect screen display in Firefox

    Description:
    In Firefox, switching to Managing Libraries from e-Products or Organizations causes the work area to be centered top to bottom instead of appearing directly below the top banner area. Once a library is chosen from the list, the work area for that library displays correctly.
