    Verde pop-ups take over when using Internet Explorer 7.0

    Description:
    In IE the Verde pop-up windows "insists" on being the active, top, windows. It takes precedence over all other programs (mail programs, other browsers, Voyager, ftp programs etc).

    Firefox doesn't exhibit this behavior.
