The [query below] will gather all bib records that do not have a MFHD attached.  I run this on a monthly basis.

FROM (BIB_TEXT LEFT JOIN BIB_MFHD ON BIB_TEXT.BIB_ID = BIB_MFHD.BIB_ID) INNER JOIN BIB_MASTER ON BIB_TEXT.BIB_ID = BIB_MASTER.BIB_ID
WHERE (((BIB_MFHD.MFHD_ID) Is Null))
ORDER BY BIB_TEXT.TITLE;
