    When migrating from Voyager to Alma it may be helpful to identify and review duplicate MFHD call numbers.

    The following query, which can be run using Voyager Prepackaged Access Reports, provides a count of duplicate call numbers. The call numbers are taken from the MFHD_MASTER table.  The results are basic and you will need to search for the call numbers to find their BIBs and MFHDs.

    SELECT MFHD_MASTER.DISPLAY_CALL_NO, Count(MFHD_MASTER.MFHD_ID) AS CountOfMFHD_ID
    FROM MFHD_MASTER
    WHERE (((MFHD_MASTER.DISPLAY_CALL_NO) Is Not Null))
    GROUP BY MFHD_MASTER.DISPLAY_CALL_NO
    HAVING (((Count(MFHD_MASTER.MFHD_ID))>1));

    For other queries that may be useful, see my "Surviving Almanado: tips for a successful pre-implementation" presentation's Accompanying Materials.
