    Question

Is there a way we can expire an operator profile so that it can't be used in the future (as opposed to simply deleting it)?

    Answer

Yes.  To expire an operator profile (account) so that it can't be used in the future, in System Administraiton > Operator Profiles select the operator and click the Edit button.

Then, check the “Restrict Password Change” checkbox and click the “Expire Account Now” button.  Save your changes and test.

    Additional Information

See the System Administration User's Guide, Table 9-5.
