    Can a line item's fund/ledger info be updated if that fiscal year has already expired?

    Question

    Is it possible to update a line item's fund/ledger information if the fund/ledger's fiscal year has already expired?

    Answer

    Yes, you can update a line item's fund/ledger information to a new fund/ledger even if the fund/ledger's fiscal year has already expired (as long as the PO isn't Complete).

     

    Additional Information

    If the PO is still Pending, go to the Detailed Line Item view and then go to the Copies/Funds tab and edit fund/ledger information there.
    If the PO is Approved, highlight the line item and go to Line Item>Edit Approved and edit the fund/ledger information there.
