    Question

When a patron goes to place a call slip request in the OPAC, a number displays: "Callslip (9998 available)". Can that be removed?

    Answer

The number that displays can be changed, but the number itself cannot be removed.

    Additional Information

The number is generated using max number of call slips allowed; if it is not set in System Administration > Circulation > Policy Definitions > [policy] > Patron tab, 9999 is used by default.
