Can info from patron.purge.historicalfines be restored?

Is there any way to restore the information from the patron.purge.historicalfines log file back into the Voyager system?
Answer
No. The information in the patron.purge.historicalfines file cannot be re-loaded into Voyager. When the circjob runs, the data in the fine_fee table is deleted for each patron that is being deleted from the system.
