Problem Symptoms

Attempting to open the CircSelfCheck.exe results in error message: "Unable to continue, Login Circ Location not found."

Cause

Location configured incorrectly in CircSC.ini file

Resolution

1. In C:/Voyager/Circulation/CircSC.ini, locate [Security] stanza:

[Security]
Login=
Password=
Location=

2. In "Location=" line, enter location code for location to be used in Circulation Self Check
3. Save CircSC.ini file
