    Problem Symptoms

Circ calendar has exception dates and items are given due date on exception date

    Cause

"Count Closed Days/Hours/Minutes For Loans" is checked in the Circulation Policy Definition.

    Resolution

"Count Closed Days/Hours/Minutes For Loans" allows items to be due on closed days on calendar. If you do not want items to be due on closed days:

    1. Go into SysAdmin > Circulation > Policy Definitions > [select definition] > Edit > Policies
    2. Uncheck the box for "Count Closed Days/Hours/Minutes For Loans"

    OR

Manually edit due dates in Circulation when loan dates calculate to Closed day on calendar.
