Problem Symptoms
Decimal point in dollar amounts has changed - a $10.00 processing fee becomes $1,000.00, etc.
Cause
Decimal point setting in Base Currency changed
Resolution
1. Go to System Administration > System > Base Currency
2. Ensure the "Base Decimals" setting is set to "2"
