Default Pick and Scan Log directory does not exist

Defect Status

Issue VYG-6688 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.0 and higher. The default directory set in the Pick & Scan Preferences will now be created if it does not already exist.

Replication Steps

1. Enter a barcode or ID that does not exist in Cataloging > File > Pick and Scan > Records to Change.
2. Receive error message: "(Missing file: File:C:/Voyager/Logs/PASLog201506041611.txt)C:\Voyager\Logs\PASLog201506041611.txt Error #76: Path not found."
3. (Missing file: File:C:/Voyager/Logs)C:\Voyager\Logs directory is set by default in Cataloging > Pick and Scan > Logs tab > Logging Preferences > Log Folder, but does not exist.
