    FPC:No funds in new ledger

    Problem Symptoms

    • Ran Fiscal Period Close, but no funds show up in the new ledger.
    • "Apply rule during next run of Fiscal Period Close" was checked.

    Cause

    A new ledger was manually created prior to Fiscal Period Close and has the same name as the ledger on the rollover rule. 

    Resolution

    1. Delete the ledger created before running FPC (if they have the same name, go to the Properties tab of the ledger and look at the Creation Information section -- if the Created by field reads <R> it was created by the rollover; if it has an operator id, it was created manually).
    2. Check "Apply rule during next run of Fiscal Period Close" again.
    3. Run FPC again.
