    How are call slips stored in the database?

    Answer

    Call slips are stored in the CALL_SLIP and CALL_SLIP_ARCHIVE tables.

    Additional Information

    Requests are moved to the archive table once the SysAdmin > Call Slips > Queues > Expire Period for unprocessed requests or Archive Period for processed requests has passed.
