    Question

If a line item is Received Partial & Invoiced more than once or Approved and Invoiced more than once, when it rolls over, will it Recommit to the new ledger all expenditures?

    Answer

The List Price (the price on the PO) will rollover as a Total Commitment in the new ledger.

    EXAMPLE 1
Line item on PO > List Price: $20

Invoice the PO > Actual Price on invoice= $30 > Ledger will have $30 in Total Expenditures > Line item is Approved and Invoiced

FPC is run > The $20 will roll as a Total Commitment in the new ledger.

    EXAMPLE 2
Line item on PO > List Price: $0 >

Invoice the PO > Actual Price on invoice= $300.00 > Ledger will have $300.00 in Total Expenditures > Line item is Received Partial and Invoiced

FPC is run > The $0.00 will roll as a Total Commitment in the new ledger.
